I see people ages 4 - adults who are tired of feeling controlled by their brain. You’re ready to take charge and enjoy your life again, without things like OCD, anxiety, or self-harm running the show.

I also work with parents to figure out ways to best support your child.

Our office is ADA-accessible with parking directly in front. We have ADA-accessible single-occupancy restrooms.

Individual Counseling Session: $200 ($250 for first session)

Group Counseling Session: $75 to $110 depending on group

I offer sliding scale and reduced fee slots for those in financial need. Please contact me to see what is available or add your name to the waitlist.

Brave Lives Counseling is self-pay. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill (what’s a superbill?) for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

I see clients Mondays from 7am to 12pm, and Tuesdays - Fridays from 7am to 4pm

Sessions last 45 - 50 minutes. We meet weekly or bi-weekly, tapering as we reach your goals!

Group counseling is on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings.
